Payments & Pricing
• All purchases must be paid upfront. Cash payments are not accepted.
• Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without prior notice.
• Late or missed payments may result in loss of package benefits, and classes may be charged at the regular single session rate of $20 per class until payment is completed.
Packages & Memberships
• Class packs and memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Commitment-based packages must be paid in advance before the start of each month (on the 29th, 30th, or 31st, depending on the month).
• Each package is subject to its specific policy, including commitment length and validity.
Bookings & Attendance
• All classes and services must be booked in advance through the official booking system.
• Availability is limited and not guaranteed without a confirmed booking.
• Missed classes, late arrivals, or no-shows are not recoverable.
Medical Exceptions
• In case of a medical emergency and with prior notice, exceptions may apply at management’s discretion.
• When applicable, a maximum of two (2) classes may be recovered during a commitment period.
Liability
• Participation in classes and services is at your own risk.
• Clients are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit to participate and for informing the instructor of any injuries, conditions, or limitations.
Media & Marketing
• By attending classes or services, you acknowledge and agree that sessions may be photographed or recorded for promotional and marketing purposes.
• You grant permission for the use of your image or likeness in future content unless otherwise requested in writing.
General
• Schedules, instructors, and offerings may change without prior notice.
• Management reserves the right to refuse service or access for failure to comply with these terms.
